ebm-papst A&NZ is pleased to announce Thomas Heine and Hassan Tariq as speakers at the AIRAH Virtual Industry Showcase, held online on Friday, 26 June 2020.
Thomas is the Sales and Market Manager for EC Upgrades, the retrofit arm of ebm-papst A&NZ. Through his 16 years of fan industry experience, he has developed a keen interest and in-depth knowledge in upgrading existing building equipment with energy- and cost-saving technologies to benefit end-users, building owners, facility managers and the environment.
Hassan brings two years of engineering experience to his role as Sales and Application Engineer. As a member of the EC Upgrades team, he helps customers achieve energy and cost-saving goals through current performance analysis, predictive modelling and customized upgrade solution plans. Hassan is always on the lookout for new advancements in the HVAC industry, specifically for AHUs which is his focus area.
In their video presentation, Thomas and Hassan will discuss EC plug fan upgrades for AHU and other HVAC products. They will conclude with solutions on to common HVAC contractor and facility manager problems such as how to overcome limited access and size restraints and how to select and source alternative EC plug fans.
“Hassan and I are excited to be a part of this virtual event and help debunk some of the myths surrounding fan upgrades and retrofits,” said Thomas. “Often a fan is at its end-of-life or already broken and facility managers are unsure how to replace it, this is where the EC Upgrades team can provide energy-efficient and cost-saving solutions.”
