COVID-19 Update How we're working together to continue serving our customers in extraordinary times

A message from Simon Bradwell, Managing Director ebm-papst A&NZ

Dear valued customers and community,

Over the last few weeks, ebm-papst A&NZ has rapidly rolled out a range of new measures to help combat the spread of COVID-19 and ensure the safety of our employees, customers and partners. 

As a supplier to essential service organisations, our offices and distribution centres throughout Australia and New Zealand remain open, but with a few changes to adhere to COVID-19 policy.

Many of our office teams are now working from home and utilising video calls to connect face-to-face with customers. While we’ve ceased all in-person meetings, for the time being, we hope to share a chat and discuss how ebm-papst can help your business over a virtual coffee on Skype. 

Our warehouse teams continue as normal while adhering to social distancing and hygiene protocols. We’ve implemented new delivery procedures to protect our warehouse staff and ask drivers to stay in their vehicles or in the designated standing zone. 

During this time of uncertainty, we want to reassure our customers that we are committed to working together as a company and community to serve our customers. 

ebm-papst and our employees are doing what we can to help combat the spread of COVID-19, while continuing to provide the services and products our customers rely on. In some instances, ebm-papst sales and engineering teams are performing vital work for customers that cannot be performed remotely. We want to thank these staff for their dedication to serve our customers and provide outstanding service.
